The Point was another successful contemporary development in Hereford for us, wonderfully located at the top of Aylestone Hill at the entrance to the City.  Now a benchmark property for the City.

The development was for an apartment building which had twelve luxury Apartments and two stunning Penthouses all served by two lifts within the communal staircases.  The development also featured two three storey Townhouses.

All properties were fitted out to a very high specification and included our normal package of high quality fittings.

Through coloured renders, Velfac aluminium clad timber high performance windows, single ply membrane roof  coverings, veneered internal doors, Italian door furniture and many IE signature touches were employed.
