St. Katherine’s Field, Cradley

St Katherine’s Field is an exciting new ‘eco’ development within the village of Cradley, which is under five miles from the beautiful Malvern Hills (which can be seen from the site), and is just a little over ten miles to Worcester and the M5 motorway links.

The development will consist of the following:

We are using the new ‘HerefordHaus’ system which we have developed with Architype Architects, Taylor Lane Timber Frame and Elemental Solutions, utilising the principles of the german PassivHaus system.  This effectively creates a super energy efficient home which will require substantially less energy to run.  Initial SAP results show an amazing score on theEnergy Performance Certificate of 104!

We are also installing Solar Thermal (Solar hot water) and MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery) systems.

These properties will be fitted out to a very high specification and carry our normal key features which include, high quality specifications throughout, low maintenance features, the well proven ‘lock and go’ ideal and high performance security features.

We are using some of the best materials and systems currently available, including triple glazed high performance windows and doors, beautiful Cedar shingles, an intelligent heating and solar system, a ventilation system that creates a healthy environment, veneered internal doors, a fully fitted kitchen with a range of quality appliances, a through coloured render that will never need painting, a pre-finished timber cladding products and many more, every item that is going into this development has been throughly researched.
