IE Developments is driven by Tim Evans (Managing Director & Owner) and Stuart Speight (Director), they both have a shared vision of high quality, innovative homes and they both strive to perfect their developments building on previous successes. They are both technically minded and have a strong passion for each individual project, literally specifying every nut. bolt and screw that is used, researching new technologies and working solidly to deliver the best possible homes for their buyers.

Tim Evans

After completing a material sciences degree Tim joined his fathers business, starting very much at the deep end running construction sites for the company, Tim accumulated much knowledge and experience through this time and in 2000 took over the company and continued his fathers ethos of high specification homes in excellent locations. Tim was schooled at Hereford Cathedral School and went on to Brunel University. Tim has taken the company from strength to strength and has won the prestigious NHBC Pride in the job awards twice, and has moved the company forward to the very cutting edge of the construction industry.

Stuart Speight

Stuart joined IE Developments in 2000 and brought with him a wealth of experience within the construction industry, Having worked extensively within the Builders Merchants and the conservation sectors. Stuart was also schooled at Hereford Cathedral School and Hereford Technical College. Stuart is also on the council for the Herefordshire Chamber of Commerce and is the lead for them in the Herefordshire construction sector. Stuart is also a registered Code Assessor for the Code for Sustainable Homes, as the company has dedicated itself to achieving true sustainable homes which are energy efficient.

Tim and Stuart utilise a no compromise philosophy and work on one project at a time giving full attention to every detail, this in their belief is the only way to maintain quality and the standards that IE Developments have achieved over the last thirty years.
